Breathing is the most natural thing you do without thinking about it. Isn’t it amazing that the simple act of breathing in followed by breathing out enables you to be you. Isn’t the miracle of life wonderful.

Now take your breath to the next level. Sit comfortably for a few minutes each day, preferably first thing. Take a deep breath in, and feel love with every fibre of your being.

See it reaching every part of you, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Now as you release the breath, slowly remember something you feel gratitude for.

Why do you feel grateful, what did it enable you to be, do or have? Phew, powerful stuff. Repeat for at least 5 breaths, recalling 5 new things each day to be grateful for. Life just grew exponentially – double wow.
